Davos, May 25 (BNA) His Majesty’s Advisor for Diplomatic Affairs, Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed, said that the peace declaration agreement signed between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Israel reflects the wise approach of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. Al Khalifa.
He was giving a speech in a session entitled “The Future of the Abraham Agreements” on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF-2022) held in Davos, Switzerland.
He highlighted the royal vision based on openness and communication with all countries of the world and the call for progress and the values of dialogue, tolerance and understanding.
He affirmed the keenness of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to build bridges and support relations with brotherly and friendly countries to serve common interests.
He renewed Bahrain’s firm support for the Palestinian people, and its commitment to continue working with its regional and international partners to achieve a just and comprehensive peace.
He said, “The signing of the Peace Declaration Agreement between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Israel, which is one of the important developments in the history of the entire region, heralds a new reality in which constructive collective action prevails.”
He stressed that Bahrain will remain committed to peace as an indispensable option to maintain stability and development, stressing the Kingdom’s keenness to work to achieve these noble goals.
