Bahraini Female Entrepreneur Honour Seal Committee holds second virtual meeting

Manama, April 16 (BNA) The Seal of Honor Committee for Bahraini Women Entrepreneurs held its second virtual meeting, chaired by a member of the Supreme Council for Women, Her Highness Sheikha Hessa bint Khalifa Al Khalifa.


HH Sheikha Hessa valued the efforts made to enrich the Seal of Honor initiative for Bahraini women entrepreneurs to support and motivate young Bahraini women in the field of entrepreneurship, develop their creativity and innovations, and increase their contribution to economic affairs.


The committee reviewed the executive procedures since the launch of the fourth session in November 2021 and the opening of the nomination process until March 2022, to highlight the remarkable development and diversity in the number of participations that exceeded the previous three sessions, including many economic activities, especially those related to technology and digital platforms.


The meeting discussed the mechanism for evaluating the nominated works, and the upcoming work plan, which will include field visits to the best projects that achieved the highest grades in the first stage, in preparation for the approval of the final grades and the announcement of the announcement. winning projects.


The “Seal of Honor for Bahraini Women Entrepreneur” initiative was launched in 2011 to encourage, support and motivate young Bahraini women in entrepreneurship and honor their contribution to creating a supportive economic environment.
