Brasilia, May 8 (BNA) The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the friendly Federal Republic of Brazil, Bader Abbas Al-Halibi, participated in the forum (Expanding the Commercial Partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Santa Catarina). Organized by the Federation of Voluntary Business Associations in cooperation with the Embassy and Federal Representative Caroline de Toni, and in the presence of representatives from the Arab and Brazilian Chambers of Commerce, investment companies and a number of businessmen.
The ambassador stressed the importance of this forum in strengthening the economic, trade and investment partnership between the two friendly countries, in light of the positive results of Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain at the invitation of His Majesty the King. Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa last November and the opening of the Brazilian Embassy in Manama.
The participants in the forum highlighted the strong relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Brazil and noted the investment opportunities between the two sides. They also praised the economic and commercial cooperation between the two countries, and reviewed ways to enhance it to serve the interests of both parties.
