Bahrain condemns terrorist attack in Mali

Manama, March 7 (BNA) The Kingdom of Bahrain condemned the terrorist attack that targeted an army camp in the Republic of Mali, killing and wounding members of the Malian army and civilians.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its deep condolences and sympathy to the Mali government and people, and to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

He stressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s solidarity with the Republic of Mali in its war on terrorism, stressing the Kingdom’s rejection of violence, extremism and terrorism in all its forms, whatever its causes.

He also called for the need to intensify international efforts to eliminate terrorist organizations and dry up their sources of funding and support.
