Manama, February 10 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,867.32 points, recording an increase of 12.29 points over the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the financial and materials sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 756.86 points, recording an increase of 0.90 points from the previous closing.
The results indicated that 125 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 6,774,588, with a value of 1,152,711 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, accounting for 56.93% of the total value of traded securities.
