Bahrain All Share Index ends trading higher

Manama, June 7 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1952.18 points, an increase of 0.24 points from the previous close.

This increase came as a result of the rise in the financial sector and industry.

The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 719.33 points, recording an increase of 0.38 points from the previous close.

The results indicated that 119 transactions were made on property rights of 7,461,579, with a value of 1,028,232 Bahraini Dinars.

Investors trade mainly in the non-Bahraini corporate sector and represent 40.41% of the total value of traded securities.
