Manama, March 1 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,931.92 points, recording an increase of 0.09 points from the previous close.
This increase is attributed to the rise in the financial sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 659.83 points, recording a decrease of 2.31 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 94 transactions were made on property rights with a volume of 2,518,652, with a value of 1,115,579 Bahraini Dinars.
Investors trade mainly in the financial sector, accounting for 47.87% of the total value of securities traded.
