Manama, February 15 (BNA): Bahrain’s general index closed at 1,936.64 points, recording a decrease of 1.23 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the industries and materials sector.
The Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 661.73 points, recording an increase of 2.52 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 98 transactions were made on property rights with a volume of 3,153,965, with a value of BD 2,220,804.
Investors trade mainly in the materials sector and account for 74.94% of the total value of securities traded.
