Manama, November 3 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed today at 1,862.07 points, recording a decrease of 0.29 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the financial sector and the real estate sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 650.92 points, a decrease of 2.83 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 53 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 1,736,485, with a value of 501,682 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the materials sector and represent 57.57% of the total value of traded securities.
