Manama, November 8 (BNA): The Bahrain General Index closed at the level of 1,781.97 points, recording a decrease of 3.66 points from the previous close.
This decline is attributed to the decline in the consumer goods sector and the financial sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 720.21 points, recording a decrease of 1.04 points from the previous close.
The results indicated that 90 transactions were made on equity with a volume of 2,827,176, with a value of 905.553 BD.
Investors mainly trade in the financial sector, representing 80.00% of the total value of traded securities.
