To ensure proper coverage and supervision of the lounge and butler service at all times.
To personally supervise the breakfast service when the lounge supervisor is not on duty.
– Being in the Club Millesime lounge during breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktails, communicating with guests and playing the role of public relations.
– To ensure that all Club Millésime guests enjoy their stay and receive the best personalized service.
– To greet and escort guests in person rather than pointing out directions.
– To ensure that guests’ privacy and confidentiality of information are respected.
To act as a management representative when dealing with guest complaints or if a member of the Sofitel Club Millesime team encounters difficulties that he cannot solve on his own.
Manage any guest complaint in a professional manner by resolving it, ensuring guest satisfaction and recording it.
To contact FOM, DOR or HM for advice in serious cases or if consent is required.
Be fully aware of and report all guest comments or complaints.
– To collect all profile details of any Club Millesime VIP one week prior to arrival and to ensure daily update of guest preferences on PMS.
– To double check the details of all Club Millesime reservations 24 hours before arrival and keep track of all content.
– To personally supervise the arrival of the VIP Millesime VIP (room building, room check, amenities) and the welcome package (international newspaper and welcome letter), as well as coordinate with the airport representative and limousine driver.
– To ensure that top management is aware of all Club Millesime VIP arrivals.

Knowledge of food and beverage is a must
– Previous experience of Butler, VIP Lounge and Club Lounge will add an added advantage.
– French speaker preferred
