What will you do:
Lead and manage all aspects of the front office departments and ensure that all service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
– Handle guest concerns and respond quickly, tracking and notifying appropriate areas to ensure unforgettable moments for our guests
Maximizing room revenue by participating in revenue management meetings and implementing agreed revenue management strategies and practices
Your experience and skills include:
Service-focused character required, prior leadership experience required
Previous experience working with Opera or a related system
– Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
Clearly communicate ideas, actions, and opportunities with strong communication skills
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the stage for high performance
