Executive Housekeeper Assistant – Ibis & Adagio Doha Hotel
The main objectives of this position are the continuous improvement and operational implementation of the guest experience and hotel online reputation by monitoring daily guest feedback using the VOG tool, which represents the in-hotel guest leading the team towards positive outcomes and guest experience goals defined by ACCOR. The role will ensure full compliance with the property’s Brand Assurance Program, implementation and follow-up of brand fundamentals (standards) and quality programmes, including relevant training, with a view to ensuring brand consistency and excellence, while supporting optimum guest experience, increased satisfaction and loyalty.
what are you going to do
– Responsible for the department
– To ensure the safe operation of the hotel.
To provide management continuity in handling complaints, face to face, over the phone and in writing, as the case and requirements are.
Being fully aware of the day’s events and responding promptly to the service needs of guests.
To understand housekeeping and accounting procedures in order to deal with and resolve financial issues to ensure guest satisfaction while committing to setting procedures.
Must be able to understand the process of achieving the best possible profitability and ensure that all housekeeping standards are within budget
– Result oriented and serviced with an eye for detail.
– Diligence and customer service oriented Good interpersonal skills. (Opera, VOG or other related system)
Excellent communication and customer communication skills in both English and Thai, verbal and written.
– Good presentation and influencing skills.
Good teamwork spirit and ability to work effectively and contribute to team spirit.
Ability to work independently and with good initiative in a dynamic environment.
Working in an environment with limited resources (manpower) to maximize the profitability of the hotel.

– Presentable and professionally groomed at all times with good presentation and influencing skills
