• Review all architectural and structural drawings and ensure adherence to all applicable design and regulatory rules and standards.
• Check specifications for all final deals.
• Verify all drawings received from the client/consultant and notify them in accordance with the site quality manual and procedures of any discrepancies and ensure that they are resolved.
• To provide information, instructions and drawings to enable proper construction of works on site.
• To attend technical meetings with project managers.
• Liaise with project managers.
• Liaise with other departments on site to ensure full feedback of information.
• Maintain records related to your business department.
• Raise the level of RFI if there are discrepancies with MEP works and architectural finishes.
• Identifying all approved samples related to finishes.
• To review shop drawings submitted by subcontractors.
• Coordination between subcontractors.
• Has the ability to prepare detailed shop drawings.
• Architectural degree from a recognized university with applicable membership and professional certifications.
• Ten years of experience, preferably in hotel projects, entertainment complexes or high-quality homes.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulations.
• Organizing a presentation of the project.
• Good communication and problem solving skills, ability to work with site and office to achieve high quality results.
• To have the ability to work under difficult conditions and to be self-motivated.
• To have experience in AutoCAD operations.
