Your role and responsibilities
Develops automation use cases in a cognitive automation solution that can improve service delivery. Deals with clients, automation project managers, and RPA engineers to provide an end-to-end solution. Teamwork and customer service skills are also important to a major.
Technical and professional experience required
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
