Role
As the Supply Chain Analytics Leader, you will build an analytical capacity covering every aspect of the supply chain. You will take ownership of the direction and development of Supply Chain Analyst roles across the group.
What will you do:
Define what supply chain analytics means in terms of capabilities and roles
Partnering with leadership to prioritize analytics for supply chain functions
Act as a thought leader for supply chain analysis for our brands and partners
Work with the team to activate and deliver impact using data products
Challenge our tech teams to collect high quality supply chain analytics data
Recruit, train and retain talent for the Group’s Supply Chain Analyst roles
Establishing frameworks that give analysts a defined career and growth path
– Train your team to make sure they are healthy, happy and high performing
– Keeping your knowledge up-to-date with on-the-job exercises and learning
To be a positive ambassador for the broader data organization and culture
What you will need to succeed:
A proven analytics champion capable of implementing organization-wide programs
Extensive working knowledge of analytics, from reporting to advanced analytics
Strong ability to attract, motivate and nurture analytical talent at all levels
A talent for communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences
