Charterhouse is currently running a search for one of our Qatari corporate clients, who are in the process of recruiting an Analyst, to join a newly created investment team at the holding level.
This role will be largely oriented towards conducting research analysis across sectors, industries and economies to support the assessment and examination of potential investment origins. Functionally, this will require the development and preparation of memos and documents along with the production of financial models; To provide transaction advice and support to senior management. Hand in hand, this position will oversee and support any transaction process (up to execution) and will entail a focus across the areas of financial due diligence, performance reporting, tax analysis (across multiple jurisdictions) and any legal compliance issues.
Our client will be looking to hire a professionally qualified investment professional and/or banker with either an MBA or CFA qualification. Furthermore, the candidate must be required to demonstrate at least 3 years of exposure to either an investment banking and/or private equity type organization or a leading consulting/advising practice. Extensive and in-depth technical ability across the areas of financial modeling, investment analysis and report writing should be a critical aspect of this research.
Next, the client will look for a candidate who can combine technical knowledge, exposure to investment, and stakeholder management; To join, start and support a smart section.
