AlMabarrah AlKhalifia announces registration dates for Rayaat Scholarship Program, Late HRH Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Scholarship

Manama, January 30 (BNA): AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation announced that registration for the Rayaat Scholarship Program and the grant of His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa for the next academic year 2022-2023 will be in February. 6-15.

AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation is dedicating this year a number of bachelor’s degrees with partner universities, specifically the University of Bahrain and Bahrain Polytechnic, as part of the Rayaat Program.

Under the umbrella of the His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa Scholarship Programme, the Foundation also offers seven undergraduate scholarships at the British University in Bahrain, Ahlia University, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland-Bahrain (RCSI Bahrain), and Bangor University. and University of London at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF).

The selection process is based on academic achievement, personal interview and assessment, as well as the volunteer work of each applicant.

The Raayat program is in line with the Foundation’s vision to empower Bahraini youth to achieve excellence and provide them with opportunities to continue their university education. This initiative aims to create a conscious and educated generation capable of overcoming challenges and effectively contributing to the progress of society and the Kingdom as a whole.

AlMabarrah Al-Khalifia, Chairperson of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, Her Highness Sheikha Zain bint Khalid Al Khalifa expressed her pride in the Foundation’s continuous efforts to support and motivate students to obtain academic qualifications by awarding the Rayaat Scholarship and His Royal Highness Prince Khalifa bin Salman. She praised the distinguished partnership that the Foundation brings together with partner universities to provide such grants to contribute to the preparation of promising and creative competencies in various scientific and professional fields.

Registration for medical scholarships at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland-Bahrain (RSCI) will open later this year.

The Rayaat Scholarship Program was launched in 2011 as a comprehensive curriculum to enhance educational attainment and personal development.

The program provides scholarships for students to join one of the accredited universities in Bahrain, as well as offering many benefits including financial incentives, workshops and opportunities, while promoting a culture of “social responsibility” by instilling volunteerism and community service in a supportive environment.

Founded on May 30, 2011, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia is a non-profit organization registered and licensed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and managed by an independent Board of Trustees with long experience in community service.
