Manama, September 5 (BNA) Minister of Youth and Sports Affairs Ayman bin Tawfiq Al-Moayad received the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Bahrain Khaled Al-Maqwad.
The meeting reviewed the Ministry’s initiatives, entrepreneurship projects and youth training, and discussed contributions to benefit from the expertise of the United Nations to improve the skills and innovations of Bahraini youth.
Al-Moayad affirmed the ministry’s keenness to cooperate to implement initiatives for the youth sector in Bahrain, in line with the directives of His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs.
The UN coordinator praised the role of Bahraini youth and praised the achievements of Bahraini youth in various fields.
