Job description and summary
Middle East Service Line (LoS) research and quality teams work for specific service lines across the region. The objective of the LoS R&Q research and quality teams is to provide R&Q advice and support on a daily basis, to client facing partners and teams, and to help the business make appropriate risk decisions while protecting the company.

Financial issues
– Adheres to the budget of the LoS R&Q team

Client
Support teams involved in the research and quality acceptance process
– Direct engagement teams to other R&Q business partners such as Independence, Compliance etc. for expert advice
Organizing and managing the team process, liaising with customer-facing teams, committee chairs, and R&Q representatives
– Attending committee meetings
– Write minutes and actions from committee meetings and share them with your LoS R&Q business partner for review
– Keep a record of plate data
– Preparing team reports
– Production of the rota chair plate
– Building relationships with BU partners and engagement teams
Consultation and escalation to the Business Partner – Director and/or Senior Manager as necessary

Internal process (leadership and management)
Produce guidelines and forms and update policies and procedures as necessary in conjunction with LoS R&Q business partners
Provides required data and inputs, such as partner performance, to other R&Q functions
– Provide support for xlos R&Q projects as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant PwC network standards, policies and procedures.

Professional or academic qualification (degree level or equivalent), or extensive relevant and work experience.
