Perform administrative tasks including but not limited to preparing supporting documents, posting entries, updating and maintaining the ERP system; Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial information, files and documents, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Determining and reconciling petty cash transactions and ensuring that entries are recorded on the system accurately.
– Compiling and arranging invoices and checks. Manage the daily deposit of checks.
Process accounting, tax and social security fund entries in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Prepare coupons and invoices and review sales tickets. Ensure that entries are supported by sufficient supporting documents.
Support stores and suppliers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and ensuring appropriate follow-up and/or solution
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent technical degree (TS)
