Our client is looking for an experienced account manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Responsible for delivering the annual revenue target agreed with your Sales Manager
• Through effective account management, you are responsible for providing accurate revenue forecasts based on the operational activity and expenditures planned by their clients.
• Accountable for maintaining a client base as well as identifying and developing relationships successfully with new clients.
• Accountable for understanding customer needs and responsible for providing the company’s range of products and services
• Provide a detailed account plan which will be reviewed on a regular basis
• In the case of account expansion, you should provide an early indication of the resources needed to gain additional market share.
• The role is supported by Technical Sales resources within the Sales Function to ensure efficient and effective delivery of all sales operations including; Support customer engagement opportunities, opportunity management, contract delivery, and manage contract review processes.
• By liaising with your own manager, you must identify strategic business opportunities for introducing new technologies, products, services, and assembly models for customers.
• Regularly conduct business and/or service quality reviews with your assigned clients
• Oversee the bid development and response process, ensuring that all resources are available for bidding of the highest quality across the bid management process
• Accountable for handling budgetary considerations for proposals as well as handling technical specifications with the client in conjunction with technical sales
• In conjunction with the Tech Sales and Sales VP/Director in charge of negotiations,
• Compile and disseminate market information including collecting customer feedback
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the corporate identity by understanding the main objectives and challenges of clients/industry
• Oversee all areas of business risk and ensure that strategies are in place to mitigate them as much as possible
• 12 years of industry experience including sales of minimum 8 years in the oil and gas sector
• At least 3 years of experience in public administration.
• Fluent in written and verbal English
• Excellent Communication Skills
