11th Constituent Judicial session for Military Prosecution officers concludes

Manama, Mar. 19 (BNA): The military judiciary in the Bahrain Defense Force conducted today the graduation ceremony of the eleventh founding course for military prosecution officers.

Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources Major General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa attended the ceremony, in which officers from the military judicial and legal bodies in Kuwait and the Sultanate of Oman participated, in addition to officers from the Bahrain Defense Force, the Ministry of Interior and security agencies. in Bahrain.

Some verses from the Holy Quran were recited, then the Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources delivered a speech in which he conveyed the greetings and congratulations of the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force to the graduates, Field Marshal Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa.

He also praised the unremitting efforts made by the Chief of Military Justice, the President of the Military Court of Cassation, and all military justice officers in the Bahrain Defense Force to hold such important sessions for military justice and military law, expressing his hope that graduates will benefit from the course’s outputs and programs.

Then the Chief of the Military Judiciary, President of the Military Court of Cassation, Major General Dr. Yousef Rashid Fleifel, delivered a statement in which he praised the unlimited support that the military judiciary receives from the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defense Force and the Minister of Defense Affairs. Lieutenant-General Abdullah bin Hassan Al-Nuaimi, and the Chief of Staff, Lieutenant-General Thiab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi. He also praised the Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources for attending the ceremony and his constant interest in the sessions organized by the Ministry of Justice.

Regarding the session programme, he said that the session was supervised and moderated by officers and advisors from the military judiciary, in addition to a number of specialists from some legal and judicial authorities in the Kingdom.

He added that the session aims to acquaint participants with all the basic military prosecution work and pave the way for them to benefit from the expertise of the Bahrain Defense Force’s military judiciary.

He added that it provides a platform for exchanging legal experiences between members of the judicial and military legal authorities in the armed forces of the Gulf Cooperation Council states, noting that the course included a number of theoretical and practical training programs on the military field. The work of the Public Prosecution in addition to field visits to many judicial and legal authorities in the Kingdom.

The Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources handed certificates to the graduates and appreciation awards to the outstanding students.

It is worth noting that since the start of the reform era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, the military judiciary in the Bahrain Defense Force has organized many training courses for members of the armed forces in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. countries, including officers, non-commissioned officers and privates) in the legal and judicial fields.

The military judiciary also holds regular sessions for all military and security agencies in the Kingdom.
